Verbé

Privacy and analytics

Verbé is a French verb reference and conjugation practice website. This page describes the analytics used on the site. Updated 18 October 2026.

Your choice

Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Declining does not restrict the reference or practice. Open “Privacy settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future collection by these counters; it does not erase reports already collected.

What is collected

With your consent, these services receive page visits, technical browser and device information, approximate location derived from the network connection, referrer information and usage events such as starting conjugation practice. Reports distinguish the Russian and English sections by page path and site language. Analytics cookies can recognise repeat visits.

Practice answers and bonus sentence input are not sent by our analytics code. Automatic form and site-search measurement, Yandex session replay and click maps are disabled. We strip query strings and URL fragments from the page address supplied to the counters. Please do not enter personal or confidential information into practice fields.

Providers and storage

Google and Yandex process analytics on their infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Their policies explain their processing and retention. Hosting infrastructure also receives network requests needed to deliver the site; declining analytics does not prevent those requests.

Local data

The site stores practice progress and settings in your browser. Your language preference is remembered in a cookie. Your analytics choice is kept in local storage for up to 180 days. You can remove local data through your browser settings. Removing your choice makes the site ask again.

Advertising

The analytics choice on this page does not authorise personalised advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied in the Google consent settings. Any future advertising integration requires its own review and relevant choices.
